A car! Picked up an '04 Polo as my first car at the weekend.

Did first solo drive today to buy the road tax, not as nervous as I thought I'd be :)

Now that's a no-no. Whilst MOT's are a stupid nuisance and far too over picky on things that have nothing to do with the safety of vehicles, insurance is another issue completely.

Someone's going to tell you in a minute that having no MOT cancels the insurance :)
