They have given it the channel number of Sky Sports Action apparently. One less place for sports that don't have a dedicated channel if it's replacing it.

Atalanta score, as per commentary - the scorer hasn't even received the ball

It was the same on all platforms and an on-air apology was given.

Yes, it did sort itself out after about 10-15 mins, the commentator even joked about it.

As said, above, never had this before - very strange.

Sky Sports does not just broadcast in Blighty as it broadcasts all over the world where NFL is much bigger in its popularity.

In this Press Release Sky say 407, which is currently Sky Sports Action.
