I got a note pushed through our letterbox last evening from a neighbour.

"COUD YOU HELP ME CHANGE THE WAZ IN MY HOUSE?"

"WAZ" ???

He just called in and asked if I could help him tomorrow.

He needs to change some "wires" between the house and the shed as he has been told they are the wrong size.

DOH!

That made me smile. :-)

So - on the one hand it looks like my heart isn't strong enough for a double transplant - but on the other hand it looks like I /may/ be able to do dialysis at home after all. So all in all a positive day I think (if you ignore the biggest needles I've ever seen being shown to me today) :)

Down in West Cornwall to see my mother for a couple of weeks and look after her, cook, fix things, do the garden...

Cornish mist today but the pub beckons.:)

Downside is that I'm stuck on a slow 2G link.
