Typical, I have a seat for my first visit to Old Trafford this Saturday for the third day of the Roses County Championship game. If Yorkshire don’t buck their ideas up it will be all over by Friday evening. :rolleyes: :D

Well Yorkshire made a better fist of it in the second innings. Still defeat by an innings and 79 runs is still a bit of a beating on an absolute belter of a wicket.:cool:

Pathetic negative display from England today, after a very sporting NZ declaration. No faith in our batsmen and resting our best players because of IPL ! Thought Tests were supposed to come first? Ashes could be an embarrassment this winter.

Not the best captain but our best batsman. As for Zak Crawley, why do we keep picking him?
NZ are the better team by far and deserve to be in the World Test final.
Our mistake is always preparing for the Ashes, resting our best players and not giving any other team any respect. Funnily enough, we are just warm up fodder for NZ this time, for their big game next week.

Anyone know why Liam Livingstone and Sam Curran stuck their bats right up under the front of their shirts as they walked off at the end of the game last night. Surely it wasn't to protect them from the light rain that was falling?

Entire England squad has to isolate due to several positive Covid-19 tests. A completely new squad will be selected to play Pakistan.

No interest in this Hundred malarkey but Lancashire have lost nine 1st team players to the various city franchises and yet the ECB expects them to play in the 50 over, one day cup at the same time as the hundred is taking place. I wonder if any other county has been as seriously depleted as this.

As a Lancashire member I think I should be due compensation.��
