This is what happens when teams like Sunderland sack their manager in the final third and survive every season. Everyone that's in their position now has the same idea hoping for that same success.

Took long enough given the really mediocre performance. Would think they were playing someone like Milan. Fair play to Rostov though, they've had a fair season having dismantled Ajax earlier on.

Yet another instantly forgettable performance tonight. Very tired looking team and picking up injuries' as well. Have to go again in three days. Good crowd for a Thursday night Europa league match, pity we had little to shout about.

Oh dear Arsenal's defending is more akin to the keystone cops.:D

What an excellent day, looking forward to work tomorrow now so I can wind up the Arsenal fans. Thanks Wenger, Cech etc.

That was pretty stinking. I can't help but feel this is truly the year Arsenal fail to qualify for the champions league, the year the Wenger unrest is not massive but bigger than it's ever been and we see the end of Arsene Wenger as the manager of Arsenal by his own decision.

It's the second WBA goal that's laughable, from the Keeper to the two defenders, it's tragic.

Indeed it feels like the end is nigh for Arsene Wenger.

77% possession, 2 shots on target. WBA, 22% possession, 8 on target. :erm:

I just get the feeling United will hit a bit of form and it's a definite they'll overtake Arsenal now, they can not relinquish that opportunity and the teams battling for that fourth spot will be United, Liverpool and Arsenal. I think Everton beat Hull and go level with them today.

It's still early to say of course but I feel with United right behind and probably ahead after the weekend it's going to be someone's spot to lose.

Still think that Uniteds backlog and Thursday night European games will take their toll on them. :(

Not that long a list, still I guess you gave up looking for excuses why Liverpool will win nothing again this season a long time ago. :D:angel:
