Can't believe Chelsea are losing at home to Aston Villa, what a season this is going to be for neutrals.

Never said Arsenal were 'fairies' but it would be reasonable to suggest they do not play a physical game, they certainly do not play a game anywhere near the extent Birmingham do. They may be guilty of late tackles from time to time but it is not a tactic.

Watching the Celtic game, l always wondered why they got penalties, talking about diving outside the box, and the ref, gave them it to make up for the denied in the last game the ref had.

And talk about hard football, Both clubs wouldn't last five minutes in the PL down south.

Are you mental? I'm a rangers fan and the penalty Celtic got was blatant. Nothing to do with making up for the last game, it was a penalty pure and simple.

Blackburn Rovers have made an audacious bid to sign Ronaldinho from Milan. The plan is the brainchild of Balaji Rao, a member of the family who run Venky's, the Indian chicken company which recently bought the Lancashire club.

Ronaldinho has been given permission by Milan to find a new club and was widely believed to be heading back to Brazil to play for Gremio. But his brother and agent, Roberto de Assis, revealed to he Daily Mirror that Blackburn and another unnamed Premier League club have been in contact with him about signing the Brazilian World Cup winner.

"Blackburn have contacted us. There is also other interest in England but this is confidential," said De Assis.

Venky's leaked news of its interest on its website briefly yesterday before removing it. However, sources close to Rovers reveal the move has been on for the past month.

Rovers are understood to have offered Ronaldinho a £130,000-per-week, two-and-a-half-year contract and would also have to pay Milan a fee.

City are not going to win the league like this. I have not seen a more negative approach to a game at Arsenal for a good while, Newcastle, West Brom, Blackpool, Birmingham all showed more ambition than that.

boring boring city................................

your right about the anti-approach, even from the off it was decided what they were going to do. with about 20 to go at one point arsenal had like 4 or 5 players halfway inside city's half - city by contrast had nearly the whole team behind the ball..................how negitive can manchini get?

gonna have fun ripping a bloke at work..............he calls them super super city (albeit in jest), more like super****** city

Hi Derek CFT, have a close look at the incident, it happened just outside the box, and continued inside the box, so to me it was a free kick.
