Re: *ALL* ntl 10MB Discussion (Part 3)
I phoned CS and was diverted to TS they told me that my Terayon has the file for 10Mb and that it is still on trial, and that it is upto 10Mb service and if I still get the same speeds after Jan 1st call back.
It doesn't help when my router may not be able to handle 10Mb ---------- Post added at 13:51 ---------- Previous post was at 13:50 ---------- He also said that they would address any modem problems in Jan |

Re: *ALL* ntl 10MB Discussion (Part 3)
right - just phoned ntl - i'm on 2meg at the moment - here's the conversation:
" hi can i upgrade to the 10 meg broadband please? " " you're on 2meg, i can't - we can only upgrade from january" "but....i want to UPGRADE....." " sorry - i could do it now, but it wouldn't work until january" " um..ok. bye?" so - should i upgrade online to 3 meg, and would it then automatically upgrade to 10?? |

Re: *ALL* ntl 10MB Discussion (Part 3)
So can I just check that I have this right.....
People are now getting the full 10 mbit/s with a Terajet 210? This is despite being told earlier that the Terajet 210 will not be capable of getting the full 10 mbit/s and the Terajet 210 only having a 10 mbit/s lan port. Are people getting this speed using ethernet or USB? |
Re: *ALL* ntl 10MB Discussion (Part 3)
I cannot yet get the full 10Mb even with out the router on my Terayon

According to them I should be downloading at around 1.2GB/s! I think they should be Bytes/s not kBytes. ;) |
