Can the 50Mb modem downgrade to 30Mb? i think i read on here earlier that someone said CS told them he didn't need a new modem.

Since ive fed him this much I may keep going, He has posted images of his suberhub before with his name. But theoretically it is just depends if Virgin allow it.

again customer loyalty means jack **** to VM . charge existing customers 30 quid where as new ones get it free. I am sure they will use some justification for charging existing customers.

I have been a VM customer when it all started with NYNEX and been thru various changes in company and this is how they treat loyal customer.

Yes they do, as long as you have DOCSIS3 kit you can downwards migrate to 30mb with no problem whatsoever.

If I want the upgrade then even I have to pay and I am not only a customer of 16 years but a staff member as well.

Even you are not that stupid to downgrade to 30Mb for little or no reason.:D

I think he has downgraded, because he wants to be on the newest product. Regardless if its slower than what he was on before.

But VM love him if he is to be believed on the amount of money he's spent on upgrades, superhubs etc.
