My sister-in-law does not drink alcohol, but has developed advance Fatty Liver Disease.

3 specialists have told her to "STOP DRINKING FRUIT JUICES" as the fructose has been overloading her liver for the decades she has been drinking it.

"Does that include smoothies?" she asked them..... :dunce:

Consuming tonight, M&S cocktail gift set I got for Christmas. M&S don't hold back on the alcohol volume in their drinks :D 14% in one mini can, I have three plus a Smirnoff Mango & Passionfruit Twist and Lemonade 5% vol Premix 250ml Can, not sure what difference that will make :erm:

Imperial Affogato coffee & vanilla stout from Vocation Brewery. 10.7%, sweet and creamy. In retrospect I probably should have had it for pudding.
