Having spoken to Sky last week regarding this I was told Sky had bid for the Champions League & Europa League competitions and it was waiting on the result of that auction and as a result had pushed back the BT Sport launching via Sky

You seriously think one of Sky's call centre staff know whether Sky are bidding or not.:D

Workers in a call centre even higher ranking ones will be as much in the dark as we are , to be clear anything can happen history tells us that but with the exception of those involved in the process we are all just guessing.

Apparently we have a couple of euro 2020 qualifiers on the red button today. But then i click the red button all i get is the generic "no red button games available".

Is it working for anyone?

Well that remains to be seen as BT will still want to recover their outlay and its usually the consumer that meets it.
