I don't think the court cases are a big concern. If he has proof then he can run with it and he should, if he doesn't he won't get far. Same with recounts.

The only court case of any concern at all to me was Pennsylvania and votes coming in after Election Day. If Biden is tens of thousands clear without these ballots being looked at in any case the point is moot.

Georgia strikes me as likely to go to a recount but then again the evidence from the past is that recounts don't significantly alter outcomes.

If Georgia recounts that process will only begin after certification and a request, which could be as late as November 24. That said, it'll all be over tonight. The real question is how long el Presidente clings on in denial like a tin pot dictator in South America.

Somewhat ironically if this was happening in an oil rich country in South America, the Middle East or North Africa the Americans would have had boots on the ground by Wednesday lunchtime and pick their preferred winner.

The recounts won't matter in all likelihood. Assuming Biden wins Pennsylvania and Nevada then Biden has the Electoral College votes without Georga and Wisconsin. Michigan and Pennslyvania look like they'll be above the threshold for a recount.

Any recounts would be quicker as postal votes won't need to be opened and verified before counting.
