Calling 150 for me, i just get stonewalled at the 1st agent, basically been upfront like others have said etc, dont seem to get anywhere!
Must be VERY csa specific!

Yup - I suspect a few got through and perhaps there has been a warning sent round to have agents say wait.

Though I am VIP50 - so according to DF's post above, that should put me in the first'ish batch??

Good stuff. And as an XL customer, it's not like I'm going to actually miss out on the free installation by waiting until I'm called? i.e. By being a pre-reg qualifying customer and waiting til contacted, I'm still guaranteed the discounted and free install offer? And guaranteed installed in April?
