as we know JT is the mouthpiece for MM so basically we still have the same man in charge. The cabinet he is using is the same one Max used and the FIA have actually lobeyed for JT all along which is something they aren't legally allowed to do

OK Guys, new thread for the 2010 season

So anything to do with the closed season and the new one (unless specifically about 2009) then please use that thread :)

Glock won't be racing in Abu Dhabi, Kamikaze Kobayashi will replace him instead.

And no, that's not a typo. ;)

Kobayashi replaced him in the last race so nothing new there.. Probably very wise of Time to take the further time off as that crash was major!!

I suspect its more to do with getting Kobayshi upto speed for next year.;) Now that we know there will be no Williams/Toyota/Nakajma link I bet the Toyota head honchos want a homeland representative next year. May as well give him as much seat time as possible. He was pretty capable in Brazil, potentially one of the best Japanese racers for while.

IF you want a heads up on the Abu Dhabi circuit, there is a good article on the James Allen blog.:) Some of the video was shown in the BBC Brazil GP Show I think.

Potentially ;) one of the best Japanese racers for while. Nakajima has had some good days, but has never really nailed it on a consistent basis.

Well guys the last day of the season is upon us..

I don't think anyone could have predicted the highs and lows of this year, with JB seemingly running away with the title early on in the season, through NPjr's allegations and subsequent ban of FB, then RB forcing the championship down to the penultimate race and finally finishing off with one of the most well designed tracks I've seen in a long, long time (that is though my own opinion ;) )

Probably nothing like next year which is gonna be a whole new ball game with more teams, no refueling and a new yet not very original fia president..

Well done the 2009 FIA F1 season for at least keeping us on our toes

Now that the 2009 F1 season has finished I'll look at closing this thread in 7 days time

Not a very remarkable race. Great push on the last couple of laps by JB, but should have happened a lot sooner. I suspect he only pushed because he had nothing to lose. Disappointment for Lewis; but hey, not a bad last half of a season.

The biggest surprise was the graphical presentation, representing the first corner after the start, I hope they keep that one in for next year's season.
