You're driving. Don't you remember telling me the £6 you still owe me will cover fuel cost :)

That would barely buy enough to get you past the M25 these days.

I'm glad I gave up on driving. Gave up on cigarettes when 20 was between £4-5. Hardly drink alcohol. It's extortion.

Chips are £5 here. Cod £10. No meal deals.

How considerate leaving the wolfs access :D

Escalate your issues. Complain to the ombudsman. Gain compensation. ;)

Today instead of celebrating his 50th birthday, my Aunt & Uncle are planning their sons funeral.

I ordered a physical SIM replacement. Turns out technical problems means it'll take 72 hours to activate the order is hanging on my account. It's meant to be instant. :fit:

---------- Post added at 17:09 ---------- Previous post was at 16:56 ----------

It's working now having disabled the SIM then enabling it. I done that before with no joy. Problem solved. The signal bars appeared which is why I tried disable/enable.

Netgear & Microsoft

Netgear components, specifically usb adapters. Windows doesn't seem to get along with them. So there's a thumb drive or pre downloaded drivers on the machine. Offline, Microsoft cannot verify the driver's so blocks it

Quote:

the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation
Online, the installation goes smoothly.

This defeats the whole purpose of needing the device for internet connectivity. You buy the product to gain internet connectivity.

This happened with a previous Netgear adapter but this time only the latest drivers from Netgear support website worked so the supplied disc with drivers on is useless.

I agree. Summers now are either too hot, too dry or too wet. Still, the allotment can do with a bit of rain so not all bad. Personally I don't care what the weather is as long as it's under 24-25c. I can't do with the heat so I don't like the summer months at all.

I love the warmer, dry weather. Hi 20's are just right in this country, maybe low 30's on holiday when cooling down is easier.

I think we all moan when it's too hot, too cold, and pouring with rain in the middle of summer, but we do have a decently balanced climate compared to lots of places in the World.
