I would imagine if you call tomorrow they will tell you that you can't switch tiers again for 30 days.

ask me again after midnight, Im getting quite concerned that I appear to be the only one who got told that my upgrade will take place at midnight (after I phoned to ask for it), wheres mb when you need him :)

I don't have my user name and password, as I've lost it..

If i ring NTL up tomorrow, will they upgrade this for me?

I'm on 750k, eager to get on that 2mb badboy

If you were told it would be after midnight then it was possibly a porkie. If the agent had done the upgrade for you it would have been virtually instantaneous. You have probably posted about it already but you have rebooted your CM haven't you?

The ONLINE one is giving me this error

Have just upgraded online. After confirmation the modem re-booted and I'm now on the new speed. Took about 10 seconds. Excellent.
