Well WWE do mean "World Wrestling Entertainment".

---------- Post added at 16:39 ---------- Previous post was at 16:38 ----------

Until 2002 it was called WWF.

As I said earlier in the thread - it seems only to be UK which class it as sport.

It is not on the US sports channels - and before USA Network got it it aired on SyFy.

It was shown on Spike (US Channel) when Viacom has deal in 2000 to 2005.

Not neccessarily. If the ratings don't work on fox then its likely to be moved to fox sports. Worldwide you can find it often being broadcast on sports channels. Not really a big deal though

Maybe Channel 5 will pick up the WWE's Free to Air rights then.

With you poort script writing - you should get a job with WWE.

I wonder if the cost of PPVs on Sky being around £20 per month while you get the 24/7 WWE Network which includes them as well as a massive video archive all for £10 per month - has anything to do with the Sky/BT changeover.

l wonder if BT Sport will carry some of these qualifiers?.

The qualifiers are a free-for-all so could even end up on Channel 5 - they have before.

Only Premier Sport have them listing so far.

Seem to recall continually looking for them last year on BT without any luck - might have had a couple of the last qualifying round.

Celtic games were certainly on Prem Sports - Irish connection I presume.

MB usually has a thread with live football on it
