Re: Freeview changes

Here is the list info I have on what may happen this week on Freeview (Info may change):

June:
16th > Freeview will close for viewers in the South Lanarkshire village of Glespin due to Wind farm interference signals.
18th > Rewind TV moves to Freeview channel 81.
18th > 4Seven launches on relay areas when it moves from COM5 to D3&4.

Still Unconfirmed for June 18th:

*That's Pride changes to That's Dance
*That's TV 4 may launch (This change has not been confirmed by Sky)
*Blaze +1 may close

That’s TV 4 ?! Seriously?! They’d be better making more of their existing services available to more people on DTT.

That's TV 4 rumour was started by hanssolo over on DS Forum ( see post 28) https://forums.digitalspy.com/discus...ment_106506670

My own view is IF any new channel was set to launch on Freeview by That's Media it would be any of the following channels.

*That's Oldies
*That's Dance
*That's Melody

But two of them can easy appear on Local Mux that - That's Media own 63.8% of.

Re: Freeview changes

Narrative really need to commit. Continually switching POP channels (mostly POP itself) between broadcast and IP delivery is going to lose them viewers on DTT and do their reputation damage from those that are dependant of traditional TV delivery.
