It's the GPU that keeps hitting me. It all looks quite reasonable until you add that bit in. One builder only offered high end cards that added 35% or so onto the price.

A dedicated graphics card. They start from a few hundred quid but the high end ones cost up to £2000. My card cost me £750 and totalled my build to £2100.

Only really needed for gaming or video editing/processing.
