The Queen is technically now in power, as there is no current PM, a temporary Constitutional limbo, so as her Majesty is in Scotland, she rules from Scotland. :erm:

I really do not like her first bit because it sounds like to me she will be hitting those on benefits again like IDS did. Get Britain working last time meant ATOS and unfair WCA
