This is interesting.

Quote:

From 2021, all of the teams on the grid will have to run a driver with two Grands Prix' or less experience in at least two free practice sessions per season – meaning we get a chance to see the new generation of talent shine on a Grand Prix weekend, whether that’s behind the wheel of a Racing Point, a Renault or a Red Bull.

The regulations, which were unanimously approved, will be married to a new governance and prize fund structure that will enable the sport to grow and improve while further strengthening the business model. These agreements are in an advanced stage with the teams.

Ferrari didn't use their power of Veto in the end so the 2021 regulations have been agreed and Ferrari says it's a starting point.

A good starting point would be to completely remove any individual team veto.

Whether that happens remains to be seen.

It GO GO GO.

Lewis need to finish 8th or higher to be 6 times F1 champ, or if Bottas fails to score points.

Vettel out, as he breaks his rear suspension.

Brilliant driving from Lewis, well deserved second place and the World Champion again!

Re: F1 2019 Season Thread

IMHO it was pointless for Bottas to overtake Lewis, all anyone will remember for the 2019 US GP is Lewis won number 6, and forget Bottas won the race.

He is truly one of the all times greats and it would be something if he can get a seventh world title next season.
