Then again, it's a big thing, it'll take time to negotiate, unlike Scotland who don't really have that ability.

Leaving the UK and the EU are 2 different thing, and most Scots know they could not manage with out us.

Trouble is Nash she sees it as her primary role to make Scotland independent and in the past had no problem with out and out lies and misinformation that made the EU referendum campaigns look like total honesty. As usual I think the SNP are seeing more into something then is actually there and the majority for remaining in the EU doesn't automatically translate into want to leave the UK. She will be busy in the coming months trying to figure that out and will jump at the first sign she thinks gives them the vote irrespective of the fact that uncertainty on that does Scotland no favours.

I've always got the feeling listening to a few SNP people over the years that they would be happy for Scotland to burn to the ground as long as it was independent at the time very single minded people with less of a care to the damage done.

I can understand the desire from some Scots to be independent form England but what i can't understand is the desire to then give up that new found freedom to the European project ,baffles me

Yep, as everything you get for free like prescriptions will ending costing you.

I currently pay around £8.50 per month for my Statins, and that will probably be for life.

Then there is stuff like road and NHS.

I believe that the Trident sub base will be leased in some agreement.

I also believe if a Scot works in the UK they would be tax at UK rates and all the money would go to the UK, and I would say the opposite foe a UK worker in Scotland.

Where is she going to get all this money from as more people live in London than Scotland?

After all there will be NO money from the UK, and she's unlikely to get Scotland to be able to join the EU, as they've said while we are in the EU/UK there will be no talks.

Sad times, my granddad will be spinning in his grave over the traitor Sturgeon as he would call her.

I think many Scots will be happy to see a clear message about the future although the SNP will be angry I don't think there was a real appetite for another vote of any sort. Got to be honest so far I'm liking Theresa May. Despite what some thought she clearly has her own vision for the future and has no problem shaking things up to get there I do believe also that if any deal with the EU is not in the interests of the UK she will just decline and go on another path.
