MEDIA BOY NEED YOU: Can you tell me if any of the following Channels are still broadcasting in Ex-Telewest areas? And also do I have the right channel numbers.

Croydon, Haringey and Hayes:

933 - Kiss 100 London

Preston:

Knowsley:

Can you get the BBC local radio via satellite? If so then they will continue to broadcast AFAIK.

$ky only broadcast one BBC Local Radio Channel - that is BBC Radio London (But that only within the London area).

Sorry to be a whinger, BUT why the hell can't VM broadcast radio or TV station carry stations for listeners, that are not in the area, ie North stations to be heard in the South, like on Sky, l can watch and listen to any station there is. My family come from Scotland but cannot listen to Scottish stations as she has only VM.

Any body got any ideas what the new channel is as the total channels has gone from 293 to 294 on the v box and 299 to 300 on the v+ box . I have checked through the channel list and cannot see what the new one is ?

Same here, 999 this morning.

Anyone know what the update is? Hopefully its the long awaited SA V+ speed up update. Or is that still an urban legend? :erm:
