Wales is apparently going ahead as planned.

Manchester/Baguely was high on the list but is delayed indefinately.

Other areas are still being surveyed and planned but there will be no actual work done that costs capitol expenditure.

Perhaps someone here can confirm or deny this info coming out of ntl via the VOD team yesterday?

PS: I see no reason to disbelieve this info, my info last week about this weeks announcement was spot on! All I say is I am passing it on in good faith and dont expect to be shouted at if it did prove to be wrong.

I made claims about the PVR service on the say so of some people (friends) I know working for Telewest over in Liverpool.

What rubbish, you have made claims and I quote At least my comments on Telewests PRV were not completely unfounded.

Ok I have read it .... People can't moan about something if they don't know they've got it & that it doesn't work anyway!!

I thought you had gone away from your old way of just slagging ntl for the sake of it. You would not think you were 36 years old the way you act, you like a spoilt child who doesnt get his own way.

I posed the question because nobody had posted that they had recieved information from NTL regarding VOD. How likely is it that anyone would press the "On Demand" button if they didn't know anything about VOD. I would imagine that customers try out every button on the remote when they first get cable DTV and if nothing happens when they press a particular button they are unlikely to press it again. I can see that someone in NTL will be rubbing their hands with glee in a weeks time when they have looked at the first week of VOD and there has been no problems reported when using it. Will that problem free week be because there are no problems or because nobody knows about it and has tried using it?

telewest are definately working together with ntl, using the same film company (filmflex) and it launches on the same day

You make me laugh!! Its a shame you think that way, I know people who worked with you at NTL and have all called you a ******.

People might disagree with what I say about you but I think its just pathetic. Still moaning every single end and turn about ntl, I think you are the one who needs the dummy not me.

I think this comment is just about right for you.
