... where almost nobody will watch it. Mind you, Alan Partridge hasn't featured in a full TV series for almost a decade, according to that article, so maybe Coogan just wants to milk the character any way he can.

Its excellent for people like me that don't watch tv live. Now I can just browse the guide in the app when I have a spare few minutes at work and set all my recordings.

The plans are for you to be able to use iPhone/iPod touch and iPad initially to view your planner , use as a remote and eventually view content off your box I believe.

Correction android version comes in line with iOS version next week , series linking from the website starts next week with series link from the app in December.

The Android Sky+ app update to bring it in line with the iOS version is now available , just downloaded it.

Yes , I've had no problems at all with it. The app is now identical to the iOS version , I'm running it on a HTC Desire but so far no issues.
