Slightly less than the other anti-business lot but not a hard achievement.

Are we suggesting MPs who get caught lying on their CVs should get ditched?

Guess that means Tice will be down the jobcentre in the next few days…

No idea who he is, but it looks like the share price mentioned more than doubled, rather than more than trippled (as claimed).

Even if you take the figures quoted by "a spokesperson" (to defend him) - 47.5p to 141p is not more than trippled, in fact its not quite even trippled.

Maths is clearly not their strongpoint either.

2.97 times is not that far off is it? Anyway the share price rose above 150 by the end of that year, so that IS more than 3 times.
Claiming you were an economist, when you weren't, and claiming to have worked for 10 years when it was 5 and a half with one year studying, are on another level.

I think our Rachel has got up a few right wing noses since she made them pay a little more for private schools, and targeted fuel payments to those that actually need it. They might have had to downsize their cruises and skiing trips this year...

She probably walks on the cracks in the pavements too. Got to be a witch, burn her !

I just wish there was a way for the liars in the Houses of Parliament to actually be taken to court and punished by the law.

‘A little more’?

You really have no idea, do you, Mr K?

£200 isn't going to help much with anyone's fuel bill. But giving it to everyone regardless of wealth was daft. Even Paul McCartney and Elton John got it. Where to draw the line is the question, receiving pension credit seemed the only practical way to target it to those most at need. It we had the money by all means give it to to all but we dont as a result of the last 14 years. Where else to get the money from? The NHS? education?

Indeed. Many of them are down to their last butler.
