The segment was on mental health, explains a lot as to why saying any of that seemed like a good idea, shock jock shithousery at it's worst

I thought that Fox went well OTT and, what's more, my critical eye/ear was in no way offended by what Ava Evans said.

A great shame - Fox's cred on judgement is shredded.

When GB News immediately apologises and suspends you then you've really screwed up.

The truth is that he is an untalented moron who has to depend on shock value for a career and went too far.

Quite funny though because Wotton tried to distance himself from it and Fox has screenshotted a Twitter DM between the two of them laughing about it after it was broadcast: https://twitter.com/LozzaFox/status/1706972987642044714

For all their bravado about free speech and culture wars, they're just grifters willing to sell each other out as fast as possible if their income is under threat.

He's an idiot, and it detracts away from the shameful behaviour of all three women on Politics Live.

It gives them an out now.

It's not a podcast, it's a national news channel. what a knob.

Shame that Wootton also got suspended. But he let things go during the show - so no surprise.

The stuff around him before probably contributed to it. They may have felt they didn't want to keep dealing with the hassle and this was an excuse, also possible there has been a revolt within GB News as he apparently isn't the most popular person there.

Either way, GB News seems to have reacted faster to this than I would have expected.

Lozza with the total Partridge move of bringing someone else’s show into disrepute.

I suspect Ofcom will be on them like a ton of bricks so they’re moving first as mitigation.

One way or another I suspect GB News' days are numbered. Its major advertiser seem to be Swansea World of leather :D

Where have we heard that before?

Oh, yes…

“When I went to the courthouse, which is also a prison in a sense, they signed me in — and I’ll tell you, people were crying,” Trump said. “People that work there. Professionally work there, that have no problems putting in murderers, and they see everybody. It’s a tough, tough place, and they were crying. They were actually crying. They said, '2024, sir. 2024.' And tears were pouring down their eyes." I’ve never seen anything like it. Those people are phenomenal. Those are your police, those are the people that work at the courthouse. They’re unbelievable people. Many of them were in tears or close to it. Many apologized — ‘We’re sorry, sir, we’re sorry.’”"

A case of "If I'm going down, I'll bring Wootton down with me as well."

Is he still here? I though he had left the country, as he promised, as Brexit has failed

Schedule still showing Dan Wooton on at 9pm tonight. I guess they're still firming up who will cover.

If the channel is still on the air. Even some Tory MPs are asking for it to be closed down. Parallels with the Russia Today closure being drawn

I am not a big fan of GB News, but can't agree with that - (I don't think they're a "news channel", but that's another story).
