Last night I grilled some muffins, friend some mushrooms and tomatoes with spring onions and salt and pepper.
Then pour the fried muchrooms and tomatoes over the open muffins and sprinkle the top with blue cheese such a stilton.
Put under the grill to melt.

Cant go wrong with a good curry Hugh. Nice!

I've just been cooking a rich chocolate cake. Just waiting for it to cool and then putting over it a nice chcolate ganache.
My colleagues at work are going to love it.
