Sachin Tendulkar became the first player to reach 15,000 Test runs as India edged closer to victory in the first Test against the West Indies in Delhi.
What a wonderful achievement by the little master.

Just watching a bit of the cricket and Australia in their second innings are currently a mind boggling 21 for 9 wickets and thats after they dismissed South Africa for the low score of 96 in their first innings.

They only batted 18 overs in the innings, thats quite shocking for a test playing country, under any circumstances.

If it had been the pakistanis we'd all be shouting fix fix... I wonder if south africa can chase down the 150 odd runs required.

If that was a county championship match the curator ( groundsman) would have been hung out to dry and the home side would have been punished. Although there where some dreadful shots played, any wicket that produces such results must be very suspect indeed.

The new SA bowler, Philanderer or whatever ;) looks tasy though.

ICC postpone Test Championship until at least 2017:

"I am disappointed it is not going to take place sooner," said International Cricket Council (ICC) chief executive Haroon Lorgat.

The Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) described the announcement as "a setback for Test cricket".

The Test Championship, due to involve the top four teams in the ICC rankings, had been planned as a way of reviving international interest in the five-day format.

Sounds like Sky aren't enamoured of the 5 day game?

The delay comes because of a lack of "support and consent" from the ICC's broadcast partner.
