Never used it much anyway, too many fees and rules.
I think I have used it once to sell something in the 2020's.

It's free to sell now but they screw you every other way with all the protections for buyers but Nadal for sellers.

The new fees are much better, not perfect but much better. Selling fees were robbery.

Oh, I just tried to login, and now I remember why I avoid it, it wants to send me a bloody code.
FFS, you're not my frigging bank, interest lost.

To compound things even further the buyer added this terrible photo. It actually looks like the phone has been dropped or damaged by them. Bottom edge by the hinge looks severely damaged and out of shape and even the screen, which is meant to have a crease down the middle where it folds looks like it is not right. Have also added the photo I took before shipping.

In case you were unaware, eBay now has to send details to HMRC of certain levels of sales made by sellers in the UK. For tax purposes.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/...%20legislation.

I would not pass either of those limits even if you added together all my sales over 23 years.

Well I managed, after searching eBay for a long time to raised my own case against the buyer and stated they have misused the return process.

Using the phone for two weeks then raising a return request using the details I posted before.

I already got a resolution and ebay ruled in my favour. Phew. They agreed they misused the process. I don't get the phone back, however eBay have issued a full refund to the buyer and eBay have covered it so I'm not out of pocket. So sort of good resolution.

I'm still mad they get to keep the phone though, essentially getting a free phone out of it

Surely it's not sustainable though.

It's sad really not being able to trust a transaction.

Mr T has had a skin problem for almost 2 years, started on his back and has now spread to his legs. It is so irritating he scratches till his legs bleed. He has had so many different creams prescribed but to no avail. He was eventually put on the urgent list over six months ago to see a dematologist, in the meantime they took scrapings of skin and photos of his skin.

Eventually he finally got an appointment for the dermatology dept at a hospital 16 miles away, he turned up today only be told his apointment was cancelled. Since then 2 further phone calls for a cancellation for tomorrow at 10.10am, but that again was cancelled instead he has an appointment at 8.30am tomorrow, I am going with him, keep fingers crossed they can get something sorted. :banghead:
