This is something that often gets brought up, especially by followers of hunter groups.

My take on it is that if judges, etc., were "in on it," then showing undue leniency would be like having a massive neon arrow over them saying, "Nonce!" and drawing attention to the possibility that they are active participants.

There's no real way of knowing why these things happen. Lawmakers and enforcers have to follow guidelines for all types of crimes. It's frustrating as hell, but it won't make any of us quit.

Ditto, and today I saw 2 council workers in hi-viz walking around hand-picking it all up again. Apart from the lot that had blown into my garden once again.

That's the first time I had seen that in a few decades.

Over the past few weeks I have been seeing loads of cars driving around after dark with only their Daytime Running Lights (front only) illuminated.

No rear lights, no numberplate lights.

Bl**dy recycling.

And now there are strong rumours that black bins will only be emptied every 4 weeks!

In my Town we have a slim black bin with a black lid for general rubbish, a larger black bin with a blue lid for recycling and an all brown bin for garden waste, and a small green caddy for food.

They are collected every two weeks (The garden on is collect the same day as recycling), and the food weekly.

I could easily do monthly.

Having one of those nights where there’s nothing I can do to get to sleep. And reading doesn’t help.

News presenters talking over a live shot. If they shut their mouth I'd be able to hear it not to mention going to the live pictures late. Thankfully there's live YouTube streams.

Due to hearing problems I rely on having the subtitles switched on, so what usually happens is the dialogue follows the actual spoken word 15/20 seconds later!

That drives me nuts when that happens on my beeTV app, atleast I can try to bring it in sync but it doesn't always work.

Religious people knocking on my door in pairs trying to change me ribs me up the wrong way every time, it should be banned. I never gave them a chance to start talking this time I just said I'm not interested, I think I'll have to get a sign put up, but then like door to door salesman they will knock before reading it.

Have you looked at magnesium glycinate, it apparently helps you sleep, I would get some myself, but being out off work its not in my budget.

Parents loudly telling their kids to "play further up the street". We don't want them shrieking and shouting outside our homes. If they are too loud for you, they're too loud for us.

eBay and their ridiculous new buyer protection rules.

Sold my Samsung Z Fold 4 two weeks ago and the buyer has just reported the item and I'm being forced to accept a return and refund for the following reason 'a friend told me the phone should open flat'

I mean WTF! Phone was in perfect condition and totally nothing wrong with it having been warranty repaired by Samsung just over 12 months ago. 90% of the phone was replaced and renewed. Only the main board was kept. So i know there was nothing wrong and photos on the listing of course show it fully open.

Can I dispute or respond in any way? NOPE!

You have to be brave to sell something expensive on eBay, haven't you had a similar issue before?
