Mangos are in from Pakistan. Go get a box of anwar ratol, if not available get a box of chaunsa.

They should be yellow, fine if they are slightly wrinkled.

anwar ratol are soo sweet you'll happily eat the bitter skin. Amazing food.

Re: What are you eating now?

For Father's day my son helped to smoke a duck with Korean style marinade then stir-fried both some veg and rice on the coals. He then helped his mum with cleaning up. All the food was great, my involvement was minimal - I cooked the brown rice the day before then my wife brought home cooked potatoes. I also got the fire going and helped season the duck and when to apply more marinade to the duck.

How's the diet going? :D

As for me and me trying to lose 5kgs, I've just had chicken and chips, large bowl of caramel ice-cream, grab bag of Prawn and cocktail crisps and 2 small slices of Mr Kipling cake! :D

See I'm not really a food person and my food enjoyment is extremely limited. But it is what it is and it hasn't killed me yet. :D

Thats my kind of food, none of this iffy stuff you often eat that I've never heard of, I need to keep it simple. :D

Lemon Meringue pie with lots of ice-cream that is what I call heaven food.

I make my own breakfast - I won’t let me have a full English at home, as I intend to get as much out of my pensions for as long as possible… ;)

(I do have a full English/Scottish when we stop over in hotels, as I don’t have to prep, cook, or wash up… :D )
