I just get a bit worried when you associate THE REDS with the reds :D

Quite nervous about this. Although BBC One already annoying me with inane commentary. "People for whom Costa is a coffee and Kane is a stick". Sutton fans do know about upper league football as well, they're not some simple folk from a bygone age.

We've got to stop giving away cheap free kicks.

Great the idiot commentators now laugh at an obviously dangerous tackle.

Surely Walcott was interfering with play?

Wasn't offside.

Hah! We're playing Sanchez!

Meh. Poor performance from Arsenal, great performance from Sutton. Arsenal still had enough about them though. You go down far enough and you realise how much we take things like crossing and first touches for granted at the top levels. Arsenal were poor but basic technique essentially did it for them.

Someone threw a water bottle at Wenger for some reason and a pitch invasion. Problem with playing at those grounds I guess.

Falcao, couldn't hit a barn door at United. :(

Now that one was world class from Falcao, stunning.

Always support English sides in Europe, ref was pretty useless, it was never a 10 card match.

City might just have done enough as long as they can score over there which given the defending from both sides should be possible.

A great game to watch for the neutrals. :)

l am glad that like most you can separate the support for your beloved and the local tribalism which comes with that and supporting our teams in Europe.:tu:

Yes l thought the ref was pretty poor IMO :td: as was the keystone cops defending from both sides.:td:

Mission accomplished for United tonight, my one big worry with these three games before the EFL cup final on Sunday was an injury to a crucial player, sadly it looks like we may be without Henry Mick and Michael Carrick. :(

Have a good day out Julian, I know I will enjoy myself whatever the result.

Jim.

No l am not surprised in the least but what a shabby way to treat a manager who brought them something they could only dream about in their history.
