I said it at my own dismay. I just picked it up in Tesco express earlier. There wasn't a huge choice. I didn't want flora buttery , the original flora would have suffice. Having now taken more interest in it my dietician wouldn't approve palm in it :(

Palm oil is found in about 50% of food products now from bread to crisps. Its just another type of vegetable fat/oil.

We don't use much but always go for proper butter.

Roast leg of lamb, and roasted veg (spuds, carrots, swede and onions) with whole French beans. And mint sauce, of course.
