Cable Forum - The Happy Thought Thread

I've been doing the 5:2 Intermittent Fasting diet for a little under 2 weeks now, so far I've lost 9lb, without any extra exercise and otherwise eating fairly normally (maybe cutting out the odd bit of choccy or whatever) just joined the gym today, planning on going in the morning before work, yay :D

I have a bet going with the missus as to if they manage to pick me up from the new place ;)

Yes I wrote - phoned - went to the transport desk to give them my new address last week but I don't trust these people ;)

Nope they went to the old address - so no hospital for me today. All rebooked for tomorrow.

Apparently the driver didn't actually look at the address on his work sheet (which is correct) - just assumed I was still living there.
