Last time I had a mouse issue 10 years ago I caught several in the kitchen and loft where there is a down pipe between them both so I've put 4 large traps around the mouse. I really hope I can sort this problem out quickly. I never could figure out their entry point but I'm guessing around the eves into the loft.

Get a cat

They went for the penguin chocolate biscuit in a sealed packet, so I'm going with that and see how it goes, if that doesn't work by the weekend I'll try snickers as that is what got them years ago but it's messy, atleast it's not summer now.

ITVx.

Been watching streaming TV for years now but needed to sign up for it to watch Trigger Point and what triggers me are the 37 minutes of adverts before TP starts

Not really a hate but it has done my head in
Tried to maintain my weight this week. Trained less ate more lost bloody 6lb. Dropped out of target range. Mind you on the off side of this I have now got my 18 1/2 stone award and only half a pound off 12 1/2 stone. If I lose this week the target will drop to 12 1/2 stone and I guess I got it wrong hahaha

18 and a half stone…! :Yikes:

But as you no doubt know, we can go up or down several lbs during the day so weight gain (if that’s the goal) or loss of that amount is always great but can be misleading. It’s why I’ve always advised people to avoid the scales and instead pay more attention to tape measurements, whether certain clothes feel a bit tight or baggy etc

However as long as you’re feeling healthy then all the power to you. I’m still amazed and massively impressed. You’ve earned each one of those awards :tu:

There is a good chance I had high cortisol from the heavy load I put my body through the last few months meaning I could have been carrying a lot of water and inflammation and the rest this week could be enough to recover. Will have to see what happens over the next couple of weeks. Again thanks for your support
