What I would like to know is, why at the start when Alonso needed to be on the right for the corner, felt the need to steer left and force the RB to react?

Yet again Alonso is cheating, yet another hollow Ferrari victory looming.

He's certainly going the right way about throwing away any chance of the championship.

Kubica showed how it should have been done when he overtook Hulkenberg at the same corner in the closing stages. OK there was a higher speed differential, but Kubica seemed to leave more room for the Hulk on the inside, than Hamilton allowed Webber?

Why give away a solid fourth place in the chance you may get 3 extra points

Sometimes discretion is the better part of valour, but at the same time Lewis wouldn`t be Lewis if he didn`t go-for-it. :)

Really, really hope Alonso doesn`t win the drivers crown, go on the Aussie :D

Is it just me or has that track got to be one of the most boring circuits on the calender? The only thing that gives it some allure is the fact it`s driven at night with all the flashing lights and fabulous background. Kubica did some passing late on which was something but that was just fresh tyres and go for a few points, the ones he passed didn`t seem to put up much of a fight. The rest of the race was tedious imo...

So bernie said F1 2011 will be in HD, LOL it will mean letting the moths out of his wallet, so I doubt all will be in HD, only the "best" track in his opinion will get it, so you can rule ou Silverstone.

Bernie worried over Korean GP

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...ne/9034407.stm

Again, why are things being left to the last minute? The track didn't get it's FIA inspection on 21st September as it was a national holiday, so now it has to wait until 11th October before an inspection, a mere 11 days before the team start to practice at the circuit.

1-Its easy to be harsh on Lewis, but lets face it with so little actual on track overtaking the effort should be applauded. I don't know what forced him out, was it suspension of drive line failure?

2-Starts, this one move rule is really bugging me it seems that the FIA seem to think its OK to block off the line, will take a major startline accident for action to be taken. I don't think you should able to blatantly block off the start. If someone else has a better start tough, don't block them.

3-Although the Lotus team seem to have loads of good support and a strong support in the paddock they could be in trouble as Group Lotus has really upped the ante with their race campaign and there are big arguments over the rights to use the Lotus name. I really hope Tony Fernandez and Mike Gascoyne can sort it out. I actually don't mind if they are Lotus, Team Asia or Team Norfolk and Chance ;) they have raced with a good attitude and deserve success. Likewise I hope Group Lotus and Proton do well with their programme.

Whilst I agree that it was a risky manoeuvre (but isn't that what racing, especially Formual One, is all about), it was not unprecedented, nor was it subsequently avoided by others, in exactly the same place and under the same circumstances. The difference being is that the drivers who were behind, gave way. I do think that Webber is more to blame the Hamilton. Hamilton was ahead of him and Webber probably should have yielded. Webber even said before the race that he was prepared to do anything to ensure he wins the championship.

Because those three points could mean the difference between being first or nowhere.

I believe it was a puncture.

But could the 12 points lost mean the difference between being first or nowhere! ;)

I`m not dissing Lewis, he`s a pure racer and that`s why the majority love his driving so much. But i think at this stage of the season you can`t throw points away. You just have to take the good with the bad, allways next season :)

The problem is you only lose the points after the move fails, up to that point it's all about the gain he can make.

Lotus are really showing their ambitions for next year. They have signed up for the Red Bull Transmission and hydraulics for next year. Couple that with the Renault engine and a tidy little Mike Gascoyne designed car and you have apckage that should be more than capable of taking the fight to Force India, Sauber and Torro Rosso, never mind HRT and Virgin.

http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/87198

Lets hope they get the name sorted out amicably because they are really showing some ambition now.

Good luck to all at "Team Norfolk" ;)

Lets see how Virgin respond to that ?
