A self made pizza using a roll of puff pastry, tomato puree, sliced tomatoes, barbecue chicken and mozzarella cheese baked for 15 minutes, delicious very light and inexpensive.:)

Even SWMBO enjoyed it.;)

okay if anybody needs dessert ideas sainsbury's have a really nice chocolate and salt caramel cake it has a kind of mousse on top with in the middle a layer of the caramel its very good you can find it in the chill section and its only 5 quid
