Thank you and all :)

There will need to be a few done but they won't do them until we are in. Widening all the doors. Making more space in the kitchen. New windows (apparently) remote controlled ones no less ;) and a new bathroom.

Just need to buy carpet for the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Oh yes - it's much bigger :)

I get community transport so no different.

Community transport takes me anywhere in Bedfordshire for £1.50 a trip :)

I don't think I've got the energy now ;)

<<hugs to you both>>

the alterations needing to be done and leaving them till you move in has always done my head in. I had to decline a perfectly good house years ago due to the fact it had no central heating and a coal fire. I said there is no way I am moving all my stuff in for you to start building work and ruin all my kit with filth.

A true C&W legend in my humble opinion.

I have had such a good day today went to m and ds with hubby, Drew and his friend. His friend did not want to go on the bungee ball so Duncan went on with him "that man deserves a beer now" LOL. Think I will buy a summer pass for M and Ds as it is a good day out as Drew can now get on the rides he has finally reached the required height much to his delight.

Nice one dilli, don't forget got some lagers if you want them for the house warming!

My happy thought is that I took out a loan from the DWP last year to help with costs whilst I was in the middle of signing off then signing back on. Thought I had around £100 left to pay, a relative is offering to clear what's left for me, so called them just now and only have £55 left to pay off. Feeling happy now.

l am glad you are feeling better Mark as there is nothing worse then having debts and loans to pay and we are just grateful in our household that we have no debts or loans to pay now because at one time many years ago we thought are we ever going to clear our debts and loans as it was quite a considerable amount but thankfully two years ago we payed everything off and from that moment onwards we have been debt free thankfully.:Sun:
