Getting an email like this saying account deletion, it turns out it's legit and it was for a MYSONY account last used donkeys years ago but it pissed me off as the email it was sent to is also my UK playstation account, so had to research what the hell it was for.

I've had one from Virgin recently for an email account that I set up when I first had a dial up account with Virgin. (1998) It turns out that even though I am still a VM customer they can't change the addy over to my current account according to several threads over on the VM forum.

I'm sure it "could" be done but they can't be arsed to do it. After all it's only a field in the data set for that addy.

Very annoying as it's the login/contact on a number of sites that I will have to go and change over.

Its the main reason not to rely on ISP email addresses.

I stopped using my ntl email years ago.
My wife has been switching away this year, as I plan to drop VM when my current contract is up.

I used to run my own email servers (as did the forum) but I got rid of them all.

I still have my own domain(s) but I now use Hostinger to host/run my incoming email, for outgoing I use SMTP2GO.
The forum (and my wife) now have email that runs on Dreamhost (for both incoming and outgoing mail).

I’ve had an email address from Apple for so long, the @mac.com variation of it still works (the service changed to me.com and is now iCloud.com). I switched to using me.com when they made the change so most things I have to sign into online need that. One or two really, really old subscriptions need the mac.com version of my address when I sign in but I tend to forget which … :D

The DWP is extracting the urine.

They are doing a review on my claim and the last 2 years bank statements.

Ok I managed to download them from HSBC, Santander is done yearly (Its a saving account) so I took a photo of my phone screen, one person said that's OK, but the guy no, so I went to Santander and had them print out a mini statement and uploaded it, then he says just know said it doesn't show anything (well apart from the fact the mini statement has Money going in and no money going out) so I know have to wait for Santander to send me a copy of the full statement.

I am totally fuming at these idiots, they only care about ever penny going into my account (I was asked if I had from Premium Bonds, up to Bitcoins and PayPal). But don't give a fig to the fact I'm payout out over £200 a month more than I get in, and just say speck to them.

I have just lost my dad and taken out all the household bill and these idiots are stressing to breaking point.

Well I've sent a PDF and JPG copy of the Statement, hopefully these idiots sort out my review.
I bet they say I had too much money in my bank and will take even more money back.

It really annoys me when they only care what money I have in my bank(s) or owned and when it comes to out goings they say speak to the provider (Not our problem)

I use to be around 7 stone but thanks to medication I'm advised to take my weight has doubled to 14 stone. The human body isn't made for extra weight. It cannot handle it. I'm soo drained of energy too which adds to the heartache. I'd love to do 5k runs to shed the weight. I was doing 5k at 7 stone on a treadmill easy.

Really?? Wow that's something. I struggle to do the basic of things when I'm at 9st. I've been close but at 8st 4lb was my lowest and everything was a struggle. At 7st I don't think I'd be able to get out of bed. So 5k runs at 7st. Hmm, not sure about that.

Even now at 9st 4lb, just wearing my boots is a struggle on my legs.

What I'd give to be 14st. Honestly...

How so if you don't mind me asking? I was incredibly mobile at 7 stone. I'd walk everywhere. Now I get on the bus home.

If you're 10 years old maybe. When you're in your 50s and if you you get anywhere near 9st, then there's a huge difference.

My weight changed at 26 due to medication. I was fine before that weight wise. I'm now 34. I cannot speak for a 50 year old.

Got to post this.. From Google AI.

A man who weighs 7 stone is considered very obese, and their health is at serious risk. Being overweight or obese can increase the risk of developing a number of health problems, including:
Heart disease
High blood pressure
Unhealthy cholesterol levels
Stroke
Type 2 diabetes
Osteoarthritis
Some types of cancer

Unreal.

I am 55. I think you could build it up if you took it slow and did not expect to much too soon. Buying a spin bike and using it 15 minutes a day at first was the making of me
