I can understand that Wednesday seems ages away but the waiting will be over soon dilli and fingers crossed you will be reporting good news on Wednesday. Fingers crossed it goes your way. :)

Managed to get a tree surgeon, he is coming out at 5 to give a report. Glad hubby is here today as neighbour might behave and stay indoors instead of shouting about her tree's and the one that is mainly my garden and according to the insurance far to close to our house. Holly tree has been planted 6 inches away from our house :(

Very busy day digging over the garden, weeding, planting lavender.

Aching a lot now - time for a bath, and then off out for a meal..

Thanks dilli. I just think that manners cost nothing and all it would take is a phone call to say sorry need to cancel today can we arrange another day that suits both.

It does grind my gears when people don't turn up without letting me know.

But the opposite is also true I don't like people turning up unless they let me know.

edit - reminds me of one of my friends who I told reputedly I was away the next week. He drove here called me to ask why I wasn't here as eh wanted to visit.

I told him he was more than welcome to join me in Ireland if he wished to ;)
