Also as previously mentioned it is good for increasing calcium levels in your body, which is what's in calcium tablets. Better yet, est some real carrots and not processed tinned ones. Last night we had a fillet of lamb (shoulder) quickly cooked so nice and pink. Mashed potatoes, sweet corn and red wine with blackcurrant sauce.
(My wife says kitchen still smells nicely of cooked lamb.) |
