Cable Forum - The Happy Thought Thread

Went along to my first Parkrun 5k since August when I had my PB of 23:23 which I was happy with but as I've been training for distance rather than pace since then I was worried I wouldn't get near it. I was hoping to get a sub-24 but thought I'd get 25 minutes-something.

In the blazing hot weather I smashed my PB by almost a minute coming in at 22.25. Absolutely amazed and well happy. My next target is a sub-20 :)

Throughly enjoyed the day spent with my friend, and we will be seeing a lot more of each other :)

Had a lovely BBQ with Osem Jnr #2 this evening and managed to get through the entire evening without falling down the steps into the garden in spite of the beer.... :)

Fighting next Sunday Open Tournament in Worcester. I am overweight out of shape but still gonna give it a go. Light continuous not full ( no where near fit enough for that )
