Where the caps attached? They drive me crazy as I like to drink out of the bottle large or small, could easily cut my lip.

Delivery drivers leaving parcels at the door without knocking or pressing the door bell really gets my goat.

Won't get away with that at my house the video door bell picks them up, and my Alexa alerts me.

Also the CCTV catches them.

Is it because you’ve had those trainers since you were 17? :D

So called TikTok diet influencers spouting out of date BS and making money off it.
There is new scientific evidence proves a lot the the shiz the food industry has pushed via the medical services are lies

Simple truth animal fats good oils bad, processed foods bad meat fish veg and unprocessed carbs good. There is evidence that shows animal fats in moderation have no effect on heart health

Some good news, they're now going to change it to every 10 weeks. That will make a huge difference and is such a relief not to having to dread week 10-12. Result. :tu:

Really pleased for you. Just being listened to helps and actually getting a result is even better. :tu:

Thanks Jo. I know it sounds trivial to anyone else but it is really is a big thing and will make a huge difference.

My moan. Even more trivial... Why doesn't Lurpak 'Spreadable' ever stay on the ruddy knife. So annoying, lol.

One of my biggest banes / symptoms I go through daily is full body cramps. With kidney disease, Crohn's / hemicolectomy as it's causes it's like the perfect storm. Every muscle in my body is affected by it and most the time it does happen to all of my body all at the same time.

It doesn't get the attention it deserves. It can make a grown person go from sleeping to screaming and crying in pain in 0-5 seconds. Try to massage your legs, then you get cramp in your arms, hands and back and it can be just relentless. Then there's the after pain that comes with it around 2 days afterwards. Then it feels like the proverbial 'gone through 12 rounds with Mike Tyson' that makes the simplest of tasks so painful or even impossible.
