Will RM smash the record fee for Suarez because thats what Liverpool will look for. + will that go down well with Ronaldo? On top of that will RM offer Suarez more than 250k ? Big questions and to me it doesn't add up although on a high from a CL win who knows, Perez might go on another bender.

Our problems at the back are not solely down to the personnel. You cannot play 4 at the back with two wing-backs and not leak goals in the premier league... 3-5-2 or the old sweeper system perhaps but not the way we've been playing.

We need to strengthen the squad throughout to be competitive again in the league and Europe at the same time but when good players cost upwards of £20M even if they're available that's no easy task.

Thing is just imagine what they could do with Suarez, Ronaldo and Bale in attack...

Athletico have come so close to winning the league but it's going to go to the final day.

Dam. Barcelona just need to win against Athletico to win the league now.

What a save by the Malaga keeper against Atletico in the last minute! Would have won them the league if they scored. Huge game next week now.

Congratulations to Man City. Great season for them. Would love to play then in CL next season if we qualify for the group stages.

Agreed you will need strength in depth next season as you will be playing a lot more games at a higher level.

Why? They and anyone else with half a brain knew United would not qualify ages ago, Europa Cup is no great loss.

It will hit when CL football is being played on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I'm not so sure. I've heard they've planned an extensive tour of America through the summer and sporadically during the season. It won't bring in anywhere near the same amount of revenue but they'll get a decent return on it plus it'll be used to increase the brand presence over there.
