Charcuterie for lunch. Later it will be leg of lamb with roasted parsnips, carrots and shallots, broccoli, baby spuds and a new one for us, roasted head of cauliflower.

Ravioli Aragosta to start (lobster & shrimp)
Chargrilled fillet steak served blue with pescatora sauce

Now:
Chilli heatwave Doritos & jalapeño hummus (sounds wrong tastes amazing)

Homemade vegetable soup, made from the Christmas dinner veggie leftovers (we’ve made a Turkey Curry from the leftover meat, and we will be having that tomorrow evening).
