I look at it the other way round and say shubs should always be used in modem mode and only revert to router mode in an emergency/last resort.

No surprise that they're conveniently now putting bundle price up £3.50-£4 per month at the same time as the 'free' upgrades.
On the bright side, it's an extra chance to re-negotiate. |

Your lucky. When the emails were sent out promising this up comming upgrade it was stated on the my virgin media website it would be "before December"... I just looked today and now it says "Your speed boost will be ready by the end of March 2016."
So, once again, it seems Virgin have lied about their upgrades. :rolleyes: |
