As I am going to the USA, between the time difference & all the parks etc. Will watch very little TV . Will have some catching up to do when back (If new shows are still on in August. A plus for TiVo in this case :) )

BBC new look digital network.

BBC given go-ahead for BBC One HD in Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland plus launch of BBC Two HD. Also to move all Kids shows to CBBC and CBeebies.

But BBC HD will close and BBC Asian Network will close overnight.

"The BBC Red Button interactive service has "substantial costs" and as a result the number of video streams on satellite and cable TV will be cut from nine to just one. The news multi-screen service will be shut."

This doesn't sound like good news
