Take it from someone that knows what it's like to be underweight. To get down to that weight, you'd bottom out to basically skin and bone, no fat etc. That's nearly 1.5st underweight of being considered the edge of normal. If you've been that weight before you'd never want to go back to it that's for sure. Everything would be a huge struggle and that's why I have issues believing it. |
Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
Eat porridge, go for long walks, swim. Avoid meat, white bread, crisps and the gym subscriptions . Drink loads of wine.
These are top tips from me :) |

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I was thinking aim low at 7 stone and not get disheartened if I find 8 stone my limit. I've nearly dropped 1 stone with protein shakes as meal replacements and fruit if my tummy hurts. One main meal dinner that includes veg or salad. It's working :D I'm not even doing any exercises.

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I'm assuming they account for muscle? I could do with being skinny again. I was agile and more confident in myself, not the pleasing other people confident, I mean confident in my own body.

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I wasn't emaciated at 7 stone. I looked shredded cut up but not bloated muscle. It'll be interesting to know what weight I find slim. I've just plucked 7 stone because that's what I was for soo many years, my natural weight no matter how much I ate. The change is artificial due to drugs (medication). I want rid of it back to how I once was.

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I want to binge. It's difficult keeping this up. The goal is in my vision which is being able to fit a straight fit t shirt. It's just foods are delicious but I'm not going to do it.
I kind of fell off the wagon a week or so ago. I was consuming a lot of rice. My weight didn't change. I'm stuck on around 91kg. |

Maybe it is time to have a couple of cheat days a month

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
Funny you say that. It's my cousin's birthday Wednesday. I'm guessing we're going out for dinner and cake. I could finish a sultani right now half chips half rice. Yummy yummy food in my tummy.
With regards to weight loss the vegetable for dinner really helps. Fruit on the other hand during the day only goes so far so I'm consuming a lot more fruit which my dietitian said was ok. She hates palm oil. I've found it to taste chemically rubber like. Err. |
Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I find I can cut down if I find myself putting on a good few pounds, I was once told by a fortune teller I would end up a really fat person, so I never forgot that , so I make sure I never go over 10 stone
