Customer services i spoke to admitted it had not launched and the lady i spoke to said she had no idea when it would.

Sky Sports Red Button may launch on Virgin Media on April 28th (Info from Sky Sports Red Button Thread).

Also I have been told that Sky Sports Red Button will launch on Tivo Sometime in July.

The official Planned Updates thread on the tivocommunity forum says late 2011/early 2012 for Sky Sports red button on TiVo:

"Sky sports red button will not be available on TiVo until late 2011 early 2012 however will be available next month on V+ and V boxes."

He's around - I would make a guess that he got fed up with all the Sky v Virgin bickering going on, but I could be wrong.

He instigated a lot of it , one was Sky being petty over mini screen , which was proved to have been contract wrangling and is now sorted , plus why wouldn't people compare to the biggest pay TV provider in the UK.

Not so much bickering i would guess in my case it would just be nice if virgin levelled with us thats all and communicated officially after all they are a communications company, but Digital Fanatic has only tried to be helpful on here on a personal level and i for one will not run him down.

A: RTE Radio and WRN Radio do not broadcast in Ex-ntl and Ex-Cable & Wireless areas - yet.

Q: NOW THAT BSKYB HAS TOOK OVER VIRGIN MEDIA TELEVISION WILL ANY CHANNELS CLOSE ON VIRGIN TV?
A: Yes Sky has closed Bravo, Channel One and Challenge Jackpot down. But us Virgin Media viewers will see some channels moving about as we have now got Sky1 HD and both Sky Arts 1 HD and Sky Arts 2 HD is to launch on Virgin Media on April 26th.

We all know that DF works for VM so it's hardly surprising if he posts in their favour. That happens on all forums. Also if Sky were stopping paying customers from viewing their channels in the mini screen it's hardly a big deal to say they are being petty. With this constant barrage of petty criticism it's hardly surprising if he's had enough.
