Sky closes sky news down, fox take over then reverse decision and Fox News starts up - or is that too cynical?

Why post on coming soon thread when if anything it is disappearing?

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news

Because that's what may be coming soon. Blank screens!

There's none so blind as those who will not see, Den. Do you not notice a certain flow...?

Oh, I'm pretty broad minded, Den, but I won't go down that route or I will end up off topic! :erm:

The events of 2018 may just start to change your mindset if what theone is saying on the streaming thread comes to pass.

Can you record streamed events for time-shifting?

If not it is a retrograde step to the old days before video tape, when you had to sit and watch it live or miss it.

Well, on the BBC i-Player, you can watch live or on demand. I would have thought that other providers would do the same (like Now TV, for example).

Not sure the NRL streaming will be available in that way (hope I am wrong) - sports fans get a very raw deal when it comes to I-player/catch-up services.

Indeed, the demand for linear channels appears to be increasing. ;)

This is an offer! No doubt trying to sell 'em cheap while they can!
